Maintaining class-time

• Students should arrive class in time
• Parents should arrive 5 minutes before the class ends In case of late arrival the academy’s authorities should be informed

Maintaining dress code

• Class uniform is mandatory
• Shoes must be clean and proper
• Dirty shoes inside academy’s premises are not allowed

Maintaining disciplinity

• Excessive chaos will not be entertained by academy inside the premises
• Strict action will be taken against the students who uses foul languages

Maintaining cleanliness

• Keep the academy clean by throwing trash inside the dustbin

Penalty

• Damages of academy’s property by any student should be fully compensated and shall be paid by his/her parents

payment procedure

• Submission of payment should be done on time
• In case of late payment submission, there will be a fine after due date
• Academy accepts payment through online payable app (BHIM /UPI / PHON-PAY/G-PAY/PAYTM) and CASH
• No compensation is entertained in case of leaves taken for examination or holidays

DISCONTINUATION PROCEDURE

• If any student wants to discontinue their classes for more than three months their registration would b cancelled 
• Short breaks refers to paid leaves
• To discontinue classes you have to inform academy’s authorities with reasons.
