📜 Terms & Conditions – Nritricks Dance Academy Admissions

1. Admission & Enrollment

– Admission will be confirmed only after successful submission of the admission form and payment of the admission fees.
– All information provided in the admission form must be accurate and complete. Any false information may lead to cancellation of admission.
– Once admission is taken, admission fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. Fees & Payment

– Monthly class fees must be paid on time. Delay in payment will result in a late fee/fine.
– Admission fees and monthly/quarterly class fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
– All payments must be made within the scheduled time announced by the academy.

3. Attendance & Discipline

– Students must maintain regular attendance in classes.
– Parents must pick up their children within 5 minutes after class ends.
– Students must only be dropped off inside the academy premises (CCTV covered area) and not outside the building.
– Students must wear academy-prescribed dance shoes inside the class. Outside shoes are strictly not allowed in the dance floor area.
– Discipline and respect towards teachers, fellow students, and staff must always be maintained.

4. Health & Safety

– Any health issues must be declared at the time of admission.
– Nritricks Dance Academy will not be held responsible for any injuries or health concerns that occur during classes, rehearsals, or performances.

5. Property Damage

– Any damage caused to academy property by a student will be charged to the parents/guardians.

6. Dance Experience & Course Selection

– Students must select their course, batch, and branch at the time of admission.
– Batch changes will only be decided by the academy administration. Parents will not have any say in batch allocation.

7. Events & Performances

– Students will participate in academy programs/performances only if they are eligible and approved by the faculty. Parents cannot force participation.
– During stage shows, events, or video shoots, positioning of students (front/back/middle row) will be entirely decided by the academy teachers.
– Additional charges may apply for costumes, travel, or event arrangements.

8. Use of Media

– The academy reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and recordings of students in classes, rehearsals, or events for promotional and marketing purposes.
– By enrolling, students/parents automatically grant permission unless written objection is submitted.

9. Code of Conduct

– Misbehavior, misconduct, or disrespect towards faculty, staff, or fellow students may result in suspension or termination of admission without refund.
– Parents are not allowed to interfere with teaching decisions, batch arrangements, or stage placements.

10. Agreement

– By filling the admission form and submitting the fees, students/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow all the above Terms & Conditions of Nritricks Dance Academy.
